Oh, so many things! I think letting go is a constant process. If you don’t let the emotions go that bother you, become constipated emotionally. It’s something I’m always looking to get better at, and I super appreciated the methods you described.
I notice that if I’m doom scrolling, then I need to increase letting go.
I’ve been playing around with different methods. This weekend I was burning weeds. It was so therapeutic. I think I’ll use burning now more as a routine way to let go. Thanks for the suggestion!

It's so easy to get emotionally stuck. We need to take action to shift that energy and draw a line under things that no longer serve us or others.
We always have a choice, even if it's a small one.
