How to prepare for an art-based Action Board Masterclass

To get prepared and make the most of this art-based Action Board Masterclass, please follow the guidance below:

1. Set Up Your Environment:

   1. Set up a distraction-free space with enough table space for materials.

   2. Make sure you’re on time so you don’t miss the intro, guided meditation or creating phases

2. Gather Your Art Materials:

   1. Gather a variety of materials: paper, pens, pencils, crayons, magazines, newspapers, scissors, glue, etc.

   2. Focus on what you’re comfortable with - you don’t need it all.

   3. This is your creative expressive process, not creating ‘great art’.

3. Be Ready For The Coaching Experience:

   1. Be prepared for intense emotions; know taking breaks are OK.

   2. We’ll always save you a seat when you’re ready to return.

   3. Ask questions in the chat if you're curious or need guidance.

4. Focus On Your Interpretation Of The Image:

   1. The Action Board created is for you and your creative expression.

   2. Don’t let your artistic abilities hold you back.

   3. Focus on your interpretation and don’t be limited by ‘realistic accuracy’.
