Quite a vivid reminder here. I did improv theater, get back to it, but it's after work and takes some energy in a class mode. Doing it more freely, no ties attached was good a week ago. I'll investigate what else and non dependant could do too
I used to LOVE playing musical instruments (guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, and even started learning the banjo and ukulele). It's been years since I played them regularly, just for fun, and for my well-being.
Life has a way of sobering you up, even when you're not drunk. Thanks for this awesome reminder, my friend. You continually challenge and encourage me. I’m constantly learning and growing thanks to you. - You are appreciated!

This is wonderful Nathalie!
Keep exploring and you'll find what works. It's tough on top of a job but it's what keeps us going deep inside.

Thanks my wonderful Michael.
I wish I could play these instruments!
Don't hold yourself back. Just play a few notes for yourself, and I'm sure the curiosity and urge to continue takes over.
Do you watch Rick Beato on YouTube? I love his music breakdowns. Fascinating.
I know of him, but haven't seen any of his work. I'll check him out!
Think you'll enjoy the deep dives and technical guitar explanations
Thank you 😊
I totally agree with you.
My pleasure!
Anything you want to rediscover right now?
Great write up ma'am.
Literally the key to spark again isn't motivation but movement.
I'm learning 🥰
Thank you!
Sometimes we need to get out of our way. Imperfect action is still action.
For me, it's probably singing and playing the flute. Also playing Pokemon but I think you were talking about creative activities, haha.
It's about anything that connects you to what you enjoy Sieran.
We get so caught up don't we?
Great post, Sabrina.
So often we wait to feel ready, when doing the thing is what makes us feel ready.
That's it Wendy.
Focusing on the action and trusting it will work out has some freedom in it too.
