Who am I and why join me?

I'm Sabrina Ahmed - Burnout Coach, Neuroscientist and Art-based Practitioner.

I blend science based research with insights from my own life, 20+ year career in financial services, tech and supply chain, and therapeutic and art-based coaching with business owners and leaders who are building healthier work and life patterns.
