I love this so much! Honestly, it was exactly what I needed to read today, thank you. I've definitely been too much in my head about a few things recently and the quit or grit idea is so helpful. I love the way you explain everything so clearly, too. I adore your writing! Thank you :)
Thanks so much Cassie. I have a few of your articles I've been pondering and wanted to give a 'proper' reply to. So lovely to see you here. What do you think will be on your quit and grit list? 💜
Ohhhh I love this Sabrina! I’m only staring to get clearer on some of this stuff now in my 40s and I still get overwhelmed with choice. Definitely going to do these exercises to centre myself again thank you 🙏
Oh let me know how it goes Sara. Same for me, I only really have better clarity in my 40s and even if things around the edges change, the core is consistent. Keep checking if you're moving closer or further away from the future you want to narrow your options
I'm so trying the Ideal Day visualisation, Sabrina. Love it! I really enjoyed reading this as I struggle a lot with overanalysing things. The pain of my life 🥲
I think about how many of us actually evaluate how we want our lives to be. Personally, I wake up and commit to appointments and general life to drive me along before thinking about what I actually want out of life. ...until I get reminders like your article. Thank you, Sabrina.
I'm glad this was a useful nudge Michelle. It's easy to get caught up in the day to day but so important to check if we're moving in the right direction. Enjoy the process!
'When decisions feel emotionally wrong, even if they are logical, this conflict can cause analysis paralysis.' This resonated deeply. I've often felt this dissonance, and your words gave it a name. It's a powerful reminder to honor both head and heart in decision-making.
I'm glad this resonated Alexander - thanks for sharing how it appears for you. It's such a common issue I see in myself and my clients. That inner conflict is unsettling so we don't know which instinct to trust. We need a blend of rational and emotion to make decisions so staying open to both for an ideal future keeps us moving.
Excellent. We need to learn to ditch some religious rituals too. Basically they are there so that even the least intelligent person could follow them.
So if we have grown our own wisdom through education etc then we can evaluate them basis what is comfortable for us!
We can keep acting for others less uncomfortable by keeping them minimal.
Thanks Sandeep. Love this idea of building our inner wisdom to be our guide. That's exactly it!

Hope you find it helpful Tuğba. I really enjoy it as it's so simple but powerful. Let me know what you discover.
Current life makes overthinking too easy, so add limits to give your brain a rest 🙌
