Great article Sabrina. Journaling has become a life long practice. While it has its ebbs and flows, it is still the best place for me to identify what is happening on an emotional and spiritual level.

Thanks for reading Maria. Love that you've found journalling to explore what's going on. Getting mental and physical distance helps make sense of things

Great read and some great tips! I love the idea of incorporating art based practices as a tool to explore the unknown as well. It's such a great way to tap into those things we don't know we have words for. Thanks for sharing! 💜

Thanks Cassie! You're right, we get so much from non-verbal expression as it's harder to 'logic' or censor ourselves. Being able to step back and reflect after gives such insights to what's going on 🥰

Great article Sabrina. All of the suggestions for adding practices to increase self awareness are so helpful.

I love meditating for 10 minutes right after I get up in the morning. I focus on my intention for the day, enhanced with positive emotions like gratitude, joy, love, & peace.

Some days I notice that I'm a little more stressed, or anxious, or something else is coming up, and that way I know right away and can tap into what that emotion is, and how I can meet it and process it before I start my day.

Thanks Jena! This is great that you have a 10 meditation routine to set your day up well. I'd like to do that and not get distracted by cats and foxes! You've honed your approach so nicely where you tap into the emotion instead of looking away. Once we're able to do that, so many new changes are open to us
