Wonderful, Sabrina.

Not only are we fighting the wrong way, but we’re fighting ourselves all the wrong ways.

That's so true Therese.

Hope you've find helpful ways to challenge that tendency.

What works for you?

Acceptance of what is.

Everything has an ebb and flow like the ocean, the tides, the phases of the moon, and us.

Our moods go up or down, our thoughts in and out, our days, busy, then lazy. Our writing is intense, before easing off somehow.

There's always a blend of action and inaction.

It's normality, not another chance to berate yourself.

Embrace normalcy, embrace the ebb and flow, the productive and counterproductive, the yo-yo effect, the roller coaster, the busywork before the break, the manic houseclean before the guests arrive.

That's just how life is. Accept it, don't fight it.

Don't waste precious now time wishing it was otherwise.

Life's never going to work like that for any of us.

Embrace the yin and yang, work with it.

There’s no rainbow without rain, you know?

Go with the tides, in and out.

Go with the moon, round or slim.

Go with your moods, up and down.

It's just life, all we must do is to move with acceptance, and keep on going.

Acceptance is so hard but helps us get unstuck.

It also doesn't mean we give up or don't care, but that we use the data to move ahead in more helpful ways.

We aren't machines after all. It all ebbs and flows.

Thanks for sharing such wonderful insights!

Some great insights here Sabrina. We are all brain washed into thinking more is better and hustle til you drop is a sustainable way to live. It isn't.

Like you, I've had to pause this year. Not because of ill health, but because of family responsibilities.

If we can't pause when we need to, especially when building a digital business, what's the point?

You've hit the nail on the head here Wendy.

Having time to live life and respond to it is kinda the point isn't it?

We're so used to the grind, we start to lose the reason we're doing what we do.

Life happens and we need to ebb and flow to stay well and functional.
