Thanks Fi for reading it. I know I tend to pack in a lot of info but it's there for readers to dip into and pick what works when they are ready.
Pace yourself when you're in overwhelm and savour what you consume so it lands.
I did the audible version of his book and it's a around 4 hours from memory.
Again, he's broken it up into a daily lesson so you can spread it over time. Look forward to seeing you there!
I've found saving a post makes it easy to come back to, Fi. The archive feature might be better.
